Hi all, I wonder if is it possible to flex with .hs files in bootloader mode. Do any of you know a program able to do this?

No luck...

It would be helpfull too a program with I could transform .hs files into .shx or .v3f. I now it sounds strange, but I've seen flexes with .shx extension (so I can use them in bootloader) so I wonder how these flexes are converted in .shx format...

Any ideas?

Hi, yes you can, you will need any flex with .SHX extension, in order to flex it in Boot Mode with PST MultiFlah, i have one v600 flex so you can repair your phone, if that is the case, if you want it ill send it to you,

hey my name is duane, an i'm having the same problem. I've been tryin MPs for 2 days now and nothing works,the screen and keypad comes on for like 10sec and shuts down,can you send me that v600 shx also,i hopes i's unlocked.

Even if you managed to convert a .hs file to shx..you still wont have a sucessful flash.

Because there is certain things needed in order to flash your phone correctly, when you get a flex off your phone, from p2k tools, or moto kit..its just a flex..nothing else.

so here is a little charts I have made to show you whats needed for each file.

Monster Packs:

LST file
0. Header (must be Monster Pack type)
1. Ram Downloader
2. Flash Code
3. Flex
4. DSP
5. Lang Pack
6. SW Upgrader
7. DRM (graphics)
8. RSA (singnature)

Re-Flash files:

LST File
0. Header (must be reflash type)
1. Ram Downloader
2. Flash Code
3. DSP
4. SW Upgrader
5. DRM
6. RSA signature

Flex only files(Flex Flash):

LST File
0. Header (must be flex flash type)
1. Ram Downloader
2. Flex

So as you can see..even with just a flex, you need to construct a working base for the phone to flash with..otherwise you will never get it to work.

because the phone needs the LST file to know were to start imprinting the memory, it needs the header to tell it were everything needs to go, and needs the ramdownloader to communicate with the bootloader in order for it to transfer files.

so what else can I do, cause no which MP i try, same result.
It's a V500.I tried a v500 MP from motox(unlocked)same result,v600 same place same result.Now I tried downgrading to v300 the screen stays on a little longer like 20sec, but if you ask me,it's the same sh$$.

Dont know what to tell you, ever once in a while, somebody will get a really crappy phone, as far as software goes..and no matter what they do something always goes wrong, and they cant seem to flash, or anything correctly.

So your best bet it to return it and get a new one.
