will it be able to play mpeg movies, for example, if i download a movie to the SD, can i watch it on the phone?

i love the camera, but 3g don't work at US yet.....
if the price is less then $600, i wish my wife will get me one... dream on.........
I still don't know what type of SIM card it is going to use, hope is not like JP's version, which only Voda JP works (V801SH use USIM unlock it, not comfirmed. V801SA WTF is that?? ) . and the phone could be locked.
