Master reset?!! Help

Hey guys! I did a master reset on my P800 and when it came back on, the language it was set to Chinese. I did another master reset and it came back as UK English, but....the Chinese is till there, so every time I go to a menu or I try to handwrite something, the chinese letter are coming up. I tried to delete the chinese lang from the lang menu but no results. Can somebody please help me? Also, for some reason I cannot sync my P800 with the PC thru the cradle( I have all the software installled)

What kind of computer are you running? Do you have all the drivers installed for the sync station? You have a P802 or P800c...chinese version of the P800. Where did you buy it from?

It's hard to tell...usually if has chinese on it, then its a P802.

I guess it is. So how can I delete the chinese from it and use english only?
