MMC for SX1

I bought and installed 1GB MMC for my new SX1 but it is not recognizing the MMC. Is there a specific card or manufacturer? Your help is greately apreciated. Thanks.

Well, I have a generic 128 MMC that I got from EBAY it works fine with my SX1. That's all I can say.
