thank u for posting the link....but for some reason its still not working....it says something about ther servicepack 1..do u have any idea where i can get that from?

when i go to the website and download the service pack...something pops up saying it cant be installed beacuse the product key doesnt match or its invalid or something like that....is there anything i can do about this?
