Tmobile P910i flip rubbish

I have discovered that if you have a P910i from Tmobile you cannot assign an application to activate when you open the flip. It just keeps bringing up the T mobile desktop. So T Mobile buyers beware!
(I am also having a problem with Tracker 4 - see other thread) I still don't know if this is related to the T mobile software or not.

not only T-Mobile, also Orange and Vodafone. not sure how Vodafone's is but the worst 2 are T-Mobile and Orange. 02 got the oem firmware version. ×××× i was gonna order the o2 version but Orange tarriff was too good.
