Thoughts on the CDM9900

Guys, I saw the CDM 9900 yesterday and I thought it was a very nice phone, and a great upgrade to my #$%^ing Kyocera KX 414. Several questions for you before I purchase one:

Battery- how's the life, and can this phone operate and charge at the same time? Meaning, if it's plugged in, is there unlimited talking time? I know Kyocera's don't have that...

Pictures and videos- What is the resolution on the camera? Is there any kind of media storage upgrade slot? How do I get the pictures off my phone to my computer? Email? Is this exspensive?

Other stuff- is there anyway around Get It Now for ring tones and such? Anyway to get them for free? How is the alarm on this phone?

And I head this phone is being discontinued. Is this true? If so, why?

Thanks in advance

Just sort the Audiovox forum by replies... most if not all your questions are answered in threads on the first page after the sort.

Battery life is great, plus it doesn't seem to take long to charge. Yes, you can use the phone and charge at the same time.

The alarm has no snooze option!

just got my phone in today.

it's big, (i'm used to an 8600) but it's beautiful...

after using the 9900, the 8600 feels like a kid's toy.
