Having troubles syncing with Advantgo for Zire 71

Has anyone else installed or synced Advantgo from their computer to their zire 71? I am having some problems getting it working.

I just downloaded Advantgo for the Palm os for m zire 71. What advantgo is best for the zire 71 the one for the Palm Os version 4.2 or the one for the palm os5 version 5.5 I triend them both. I was able to get the 4.2 on my pda, and I got channels hooked up to my account on advantgo.com but I couldnt get connected on my pda. My pda is in the cradle, and its plugged into my laptop. Advantgo was able to determine the connection. Just whenever I click on the Advantgo icon on my pda, the palm freezes and resets. Do I need another file to go with it, or do I have the wrong version downloaded? any help on this, I'd appreciate it. thanks much, Shane
