problem downloading wallpaper with webjal

having a problem here
I have downloaded before and it was fine
tried now and it goes through all the steps and says transferring and done downloading and all
and when I go to the phone they arent on there, in the wallpaper section...not sure where they are
downloaded 2x and both times saw the space on my phone decrease after download was complete
any ideas??
