change start up ???help

If you mean the 3-startup screens, rename them carrier_img, text_img, java_img. Make sure they are .gif and load them as wallpaper in webjal. Rename it pwrdown_img for shutting down the phone.

i did that but i still dont know how to make it load up like its supposed to i have saved three images 1 with a diffrent one. so what do i do next? Could you please take me through the steps..that would be great thank you
