Treo 600 and wifi

Hey
I was wondering, since the treo 600 is SD i/o ready, can i insert a sd i/o wifi card and use wifi on the treo. Thx in advance

Why the Wi-Fi card would not work in a Treo 650? Is it a software issue or hardware issue?

Actually it's not a busniness issue. It's a power issue. The SD slot on the 600 does not draw enough power to power a wifi card.

Yea Treo 600 has done a great job and would continue to be a great device. However, the topic is on the Treo 650 and from what I have heard the Treo 650 does not have a power issue for a wi/fi card.
Now this is my opinion. If the slot can handle a wi/fi card, then the only issue is software. I hate to say. The Treo 650 would have a wi-fi card really soon. Now it my not be backed by the company but on would be here soon. Too many Treo's not for a third party to pass it up.
Look at the serial/USB cable for the cell phone.
