CDM 8600 Software?!?

Hi all,
My last Audiovox question EVER!!!!
After my screen died I decided to switch to a SE K700, wicked phone and GSM, much better for me.
Anyways - I bought a cheap USB cable off of eBay for the 8600 to get at my contacts (400+ addresses)... any ideas what kind of software is out there to accomplish this?!? I just need something to get it off the phone, so I can throw it from my 20th floor balcony without losing all those numbers...
Any links are much appreciated. Free software prefered
