Slider Problems!?

I bought a Slider a few months ago and didn't have any problems with it until a few weeks ago. Now, almost half of the time whenever I answer the phone or make a call, I can't hear anything. I have to turn the speakerphone on to hear. Sometimes, the sound will come back on if I turn the speakerphone on and then turn it off again, but that only works about a quarter of the time.
Any help? Thanks!

If you bought it as part of a carrier's calling plan, you have a years warranty. I would go to one of the carrier's stores for repair or replacement. Ususally, there is no problem with in-warranty service.

I bought it off eBay, and it wasn't wet.
I have thought about taking it to a Verizon store. DO you think they culd do anything or would it be a waste of time?

well, since you bought it off ebay, you are about out of luck. When you don't purchase a phone from the carrier directly, you have no warranty. Unless, you try to send it back to the manufacturer to see what they can do for it.
you can try to take it to your Verizon Corporate store and see what they can do for you, but, honestly, you are on your own....
