That game and Colin Mcrae slowed down my whole N-Gage

Had to delete all the files of those games and now it works good again.

hmm...cant imagine that nokia made games so powerful that will slow down the ngage...or will it work fine if its just a game card?

The game loads very slow on 6620 as well, but once you are in the game, actually playing, it speeds up. But the waits are annoying when loading.

Colours, sound are perfect. I wish this game wouldn't work, and Colin McRae would instead....

Yes, might be. Although there is the test now everybody is running, and the 6620 scored slightly under the 7610, so the 6620's performance might not even be that good.

I am still disappointed, how come the 6620 has double the RAM and 20+ MHz CPU, and scores below.

i know what you mean. I have no clue why, but actually there isn't much to do about it. The 6630 will be purchased later on, laaaaaaaater on, so I don't mind it for now.

When i played FIFA2005, it went very slow from time to time. But after i deleted elder scrolls and Colin Mcrae it was fine again. I think it had to do with system\programs\relauncher.exe that comes with Colin Mcrae. I couldnt delete that file cause it was in use all the time. But i could delete it after i put my mmc in my ipaq.

So Royal, you are saying that Elder Scroll slows the Phone down? I should retest my phone with the Benchmark test after I remove the Elder Scroll. Maybe I will get a higher score???

Meantime, I deleted the two previously mentioned games, and retested my phone just to find, that the scores has not improved, but rather got worse. Just about 1% worse than the first attempt, with the two games installed. So in my case, it didnt make any difference, Royal.

I dont know for sure if it was because of Elder scrolls or Colin mcrae. I also deleted COD and after that there was no problem. I think C.mcrae was the problem, cause in FExplorer all the files wich normally have no logo suddenly had a colin mcrae logo infront of them. Probably colin mcrae slowed my phone down, but i didnt reinstall elder scrolls and COD cause i dont like those games.

Quite a few games use relauncher.exe and not just elder scrolls or colin mcrae. Now that u've deleted the file, check into all of ur installed games and see if arena funtion works. If i am correct, it should not.

And yes, its the files of Elder scrolls which cause the phone to slow down. Same thing happens with my fifa 05 as wat happens to royal's n-gage.

goto E:\system\programs on your n-gage mmc and u'll see it there. Its a game file.

Dunno. Try it n see. If it doesnt work, replace it again.

I didnt check in all the game folders if they have relauncher.exe but only the games i play most. And they all didnt use that file. Anyway, i also dont use arena function.
