Hello atvraca07,
This is Kevin from palmOne. The actual operating systems that drive the various handhelds are not available for download. The palmOne desktop software is available, however, and if you are referring to this it can be found by going here.
Choose the handheld model you have from the "handhelds and smartphones" drop-down boxes. This will bring you to the Support page for that particular model. You will find a "Download Palm Desktop" link in the center column.
If you are having problems with the OS for the handheld, let us know what model you have and the issue you're experiencing. With more information, it's quite possible that someone here at Howard Forums can be of more assistance.

That is awkward to ask where to download palm os. Are you trying to flash an older pda or something?
