I have had the Sanyo 8200 for about five months now and I have been having some issues recently with it:

1. Sometimes when I enter a phone number and press "SEND" the phone simply returns back to the main screen, instead of dialing out to make the call.

2. Sometimes when sending a text message, the phone will say "SENDING MESSAGE FAILED"

3. I have anywhere between 3 and 5 dropped calls a week.

This is a refurbished phone from Lockline, that gets a heavy amount of use, both from voice calls to data. Anyone have any suggestions?

Bring the phone to a Sprint store that does service and have it looked at. Most likely they'll swap it out.
