Java Games/videos For Sl65..need Help

Hi, I recently got a Sl65 and just got the data cable with it and a cd with hundreds of java games for it. I use the phone explorer to transfer the video files on the phone but it does not play on the phone even with quicktime format. Also, when I try to transfer the java games from the CD to the phone in the phone explorer it doesnt even let me. I really want to know how and yes this is my first phone where Im actually hooking it up to the computer so im a noob. Plz help guys.
