I can't install apps into my phone!

ok, we all know that a 3620 can't connect to the computer directly, so we use the memory card to install applications. i've got mah card, mah phone, and mah card reader/writer to go.
stuck the memory card into the reader writer thing, and draged my apps to the removable storage device which is me memory card.
when i stick the card back in the phone and go to the app manager under Tools, it says (no data). what's going on here?
i've tried dragging those apps into the System>Apps folder, still nothing. I even created my own new folder and lableed it Applications, and ddragged them in there. still nothing. and im' sure that the files are .sis
why won't they show up?!

u are suppose to drag it to the mmc root folder in order for the phone to detect it...
do u have fexplorer on your phone already? install that on your phone first and everything will be a breeze afterwards

that's what i'm trying to install 
what's the "root folder"? you mean just click on the removable device and paste the apps right there? not in a folder at all? i tried that and the phone will not detect it.

i'm having the same problem with my 3650 i've installed stuff on a 6600 before no problem. I thought maybe I had to reformat my mmc in my 3650 but that didn't do anything. I tried to put it on the root of the mmc also and nothing. If i'm maybe missing something help would be appreciated. How can i sms myself fexplorer?

try emailling yourself FExplorer, you can then install it directly from you inbox, that way you have access to every folder...

I also have had this problem with my 3650......how would i e-mail it to my phone(yell at me if im being a noob)
I have tried to put it in the root folder but still nothing happens??
