I dont have the SMT 5600 yet. but will get it soon.

But i have a quistion, can i play the radio or mp3, wma file with out headphones. but out off the speaker, on the mobilephone

Posted by: hecklerz

Yes you can. It's mono because there is only one speaker and pretty low quality, but you really won't expect much more when you see the size of the speaker. Have fun you're gonna love this phone

Well, on thing I wish I could do is bluetooth file transfer. Unless I missed somewhere how to do this.

Other than that, this has to be the most capable phone around of this size.

Hmm. but

SPV C500 - key features:!

* 200 MHz OMAP processor (til sammenligning har Nokia 6100'eren 7 MHz og SPV E200 har 133 MHz)

* 64 Mb intern hukommelse

* BlueTooth

Says here that it have blutooth. hmm

It does have bluetooth, but it can't do BT file transfers from the phone to a PC, or vice versa. I think that's what hecklerz was wanting.

Posted by: jesdaking

Do anyone know why, it cant. My N 3650 could do it, and my Sony erikson T610 could. Whats the problem, here with the bluethooth on this audiovox phone.

Why the hell dos it have Bluetooth when it cant transfer anything. hmm or is it only from mobil to pc. but it can from Mobile to mobile.

you can send files via bluetooth just with Smart Explorer
Download from: http://www.binarys.com/SmartExplorer_en.asp

Maybe in the next firmware release they will fix this

Posted by: jesdaking

Yeah, hope the will do that.

Thanks for the tip.
but i havent got the phone. but soon! soon!

You CAN transfer files from 5600 to PC and PC to 5600.. Unlike the mpx220, it appears there is no FTP mode supported. On the mpx220 I just dragged files in to the FTP folder in Bluetooh Neighborhood..

If you connect up with activesync, then you can use the explore feature to browse the filesystem of the phone and transfer files back and forth. Without connecting via activesync, you can drag files onto the OBEX objec push in Bluetooth neighborhood for the 5600 - the file will show up in "My Documents" - however, I haven't found a way to send files from the phone to the PC without using activesync.

THANKS.

Omg this was an even better peply. thanks for the great tip rwhite. hehe.

Yes, that's what I meant. And yes you can transfer files while connected to a PC during Activsync, but I liked having the option to wirelessly upload and download files between My PC and my Sony Ericsson T637. And I was really surprised this feature was left out with the 5600. Oh well, maybe next 'patch'

Okay...let's get back on topic here.

Are you guys crazy or am I missing something. The 5600 doesn't have a radio.

Posted by: ZKuJoe

I think they are talking about web radio or streaming radio or whatever it's called.
