Data transfer too MS Pro Duo

Hello...For over a week now, I've been trying to figure out how to send a 230MB file over to my MS Pro Duo via USB card reader/writer, but I always get an error saying that it can't be transferred. Does anyone know what's causing this error and do you know a solution to it? Mahalos in advance.

Why not just transfer to the phone in the cradle? You can select where you want the file to go from your pc.

Yeah....I know about that, but it's so daaaaammn sloooooow

A 250MB file took about 5hrs to transfer. Luckily, I did it before I went to bed. When I transfer anything smaller that 100MB, I can transfer it via USB reader/writer. Anything larger than that, I get some type of "I/O" error. (Sorry, I don't know exactly what the error message is because I'm at the office now)

A possible solution would be to rename the file. I sometime get errors when transferring files with certain characters in them... using only letters might be the fix.

I tried what you suggested, but I get the same error where there is about 45 seconds left of transferring. I tried checking everywhere for support (Sony, Sandisk, Windows, etc.) but couldn't find a solution to it.

Anyone else been having the same problem as me?
