QPST USB driver?

I was able to download QPST 2.7, but in settings I can only choose COM1 or COM 2. I am using a RPIWireless USB cable to connect to a Sanyo RL7300.
Section 2 of the QPST Version 2.7 9/24/2002 README files says:

2) You MUST use the QUALCOMM USB device driver on your PC if you wish to use QPST on a USB port. Other drivers may cause QPST to hang when you reset or disconnect the mobile.

Can anyone post a link to the proper QUALCOMM USB device driver?
As an aside, this cable does work with BitPim version 0.7.22.
