New phone - T230 or T310 & Questions... please help!

My T20 has just decided to break so I'm interested in hearing whether you think the T230 or the T310 is a better phone? I'm swaying towards getting a T230 but I have a question about that too - does it display call duration DURING calls, or just after? I'm in Australia... not sure if there are different models for different countries, but all help most appreciated
