p910i update service ''device not supported''

l bought last week a new p910i and l updated it using the online service without having any problems. now l log into the system to enter my cda (162005/3) and l get the message ''device not supported'' can any one tell me why this is happening?

Very Weird, I am getting the same message, I wish someone could let us know what is going on.

I have had my phone for over a month. I have done 2 different updates without problem. Now it seems that SE has actually moved backwards on their updates.

all l want is an answer too,l have sent an e-mail to customer service to see what is going on. waiting for a reply......

Just to jump on the "Me too!" part of this thread..

I experimented with the SE Update Service website and it seem like it is rejecting ONLY the 162005/3. Works fine when you put in: 162005/1, 162005/2, 162005/4, 162005/5, 162005/6, 162005/7 as they ALL say the latest revision is R3A04.

Heck I even tried 162005/8, which came back okay as well, but this one has a latest revision of R2A17. (I think this is because the /8 is the Chinese language/Taiwan model)

Sucks, cuz my P910i is a 162005/3 as well!

l tried 162005/1 until /14 and they all came out fine! only the /3 was being regected.
