I' can't change the operator logo on my N-Gage!!!

I' have tried but nothing works! I' even sent me a black & white logo, and it does not work. What else can I' do

flash the firmware...thats your last resort...

your ngage must have t-mo firmware...

I' does but so does my son's QD and he can change his. And my 3650 is also T-mo, and I' can change it. Oh well I'l just have to live with it like this for a while

go to settings-device-standyby mode..have a look at the selection key options...if t-zone is one of them then u can only flash it...

i knew it because i have been there b4 (logo changing difficutlies with 3.42 t-mo fw)

the latest one is 4.03...(which i have rite now)

and for differences? hmm...i dont recall any really...but the phone does run smoother after the flash

go flash it, its worth it

afaik...the black/white logo method SHOULD work...but i guess there are execptions...

wow dude i PMEd angel about that not too long ago. comparing my 3650 and the n-gage with the tmo stuff.

I need to flash it too. if you do get it flash let me know where. maybe we can get a discount if we do it at the same time.

only thing really is bongo. i dont really justify 50$ for a flash ( shipping included) plus not right now due to x-mas.

Wonder if local nokia shops do them. Or if i can send it to nokia.

pretty sure it expired. But i don't mind paying really. I bought the phone off ebay. so i don't think warranty would apply to me. since i think nokia's have 1 year plans. *shrugs* i could be wrong.

they actually charge to flash the phone? that sux. i was gonna see about getting my phone flashed with the latest since i have v3.30 but if its gonna cost cash.... i cant afford it.
how much do they usually charge for the flash?

of cuz they charge u to flash unless if u are under warranty still...

usually ranges from $20~50
