Can anyone confirm that the MPX220 that the XBM center has, is the 1.3 Firmware? I'm about to con' them into sending me one and I'll have my .342 one sent back, because honestly I'm seriously sick of it. I've went through every phone, and the mpx220 is what I need, however, internet explorer just freezes on "Connecting...', I'll pop the sim card into my V180 (unbranded, directly from Motorola), and it works perfectly fine. Media Net shows up fast but the mpx220 is just being straight retarded about it.

Does anybody have this problem?

i just received 2 of them friday, both were 1.3 and they were both new. i havent thoroughly tested them but i can tell the difference already. the sound is better and the camera works much better also. hope this comforts you. Good luck with the con, took me about 4 calls to them b4 i got the answer i wanted. Dont attempt to explain anything about the firmware update. They are lost on this, so save your breath

I just called those ****heads, and hopefully they'll send me the right one with the 1.3 firmware. Because it's irittating to have such a cool phone and can't surf the internet to read news, etc... Boring...
