help with synchronizing

i loaded pc suite for the ngage qd but it says its not compatible with my fone.i tried loading oxygen for symbian and it won't run.
im running out of options.i need to suncronize my contacts.i need to transfer them from my pc to my n-gage qd or from my p800 to my n-gage qd.
any advice?
