Wireless Handfree Headsets

does any company offer a wireless handsfree headset? i saw a dude at the mall with one and i wasn't sure if it was a bluetooth phone or what. is it possible to use a setup like that without bluetooth technology? please get back to me b/c i've been searching all over the place for something like this. btw...i have a sanyo 5500.

Jabra makes a bluetooth headset for non-bluetooth phones. Motorola does as well.
These headsets come with a bluetooth adapter that plugs into the phone's headset jack.

I did a chart a long time ago on wireless headsets for non-BT phones. Some of the prices may not be current - http://members.cox.net/sheureka2/headsets. I use the Unleash and have been pretty happy with it. - sheureka
