P900 Delayed Connection Problem

Hey guys,
I'm not sure what's going on, but lately when I call someone, there is a delay in the connection...for example, someone will pick up but I won't hear them for the first 2 seconds or so (so they hang up on me). Also, when I call my voicemail (I'm on T-Mobile), the first thing I hear is: "Press 3 for..." It just completely skips over the first part. I'm assuming that this is a phone issue because other people I know that use the same service / tower aren't having that problem...anyone heard of something like this? PLEASE help!

I get the delay on my K700i but not on any other Sony Ericsson phone I have ever owned including the P900.

The delay could be up to 5 seconds. I called Fido technical support and they suspected a problem with Rogers network. But it wasn't the case. They thought that my SE 900 was defective, but I'm not sure because after a phone reset, the problem is gone.
I'm still investigating the problem. I have several data backups. When I restore my last backup, the problem is always there but using the previous backup, which is about one month old, there is no problem but I have an old phone book.
I'm there in my experimentation.
My next step is to start from a master reset and reload my phone book from MAC using iSynk.
If you find something new, tell me please!

Hmm - so I guess backing up the phone as it is now, resetting, then reloading the backup won't help much. I just sent an email to SE tech support, maybe they know of a fix? It's really pissing me off mainly because people keep hanging up on me before I even know they picked up, lol. But in the worst case scenerio, I'll just have to do a master reset and reload everything
Fortunately, I use MightyPhone, so the sync isn't a problem (P.S. if you don't use MightyPhone, you really should, it beats the crap out of the standard sync software).

Holy crap - I just figured the problem out by myself:
* I called my voicemail as my phone is now and the connection was delayed
* I then turned Bluetooth off and called my voicemail and the connection worked FINE!
Therefore, I am led to believe that if Bluetooth is on and you are not using a Bluetooth device (ie. the BT device is off and you are talking through a standard headset or the phone itself) there is a "search time" to find a Bluetooth device. If a BT device is NOT found, it then connects the call to the headset / phone, but you are delayed while it is searching.
Now, how the hell do you fix this problem?

Well, if anyone cares, I fixed the problem.
Turns out all I had to do was delete all of the Bluetooth devices and repair them. So if anyone else is having this problem, that seems to be the fix.
