Well I'm wondering what forms of movies/music/pictures the MPx220 can support. I put a shrunk down version of a movie on my minisd card as .avi format and it didn't work. So what do I have to make it? Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I play Movies on my MPX 200 using Beta player, available from http://corecodec.org/ - my MPX has been upgraded to WM2003 so should be similar to your 220. I converted my movies using PocketDivXEncoder_0.3.50, which was pretty straightforward and a 120 min movie should fit on a 256Mb card.

I use Beta Player with my mpx220, make sure you get the .04 version, the other (unstable) versions have issues with the mpx220 right now. There is also a converter available for download at that site as well, it all works like a dream and it's FREE!! I use it atleast 2 times a week to watch shows that I miss while at work that I can download and convert.

what is the best program to convert a dvd to avi or mpg or wmv? I used to have one back in the day, but I can't remeber what it was...

I stick with what I am used to and have been using FlaskMpeg V0.6 [with DivX 5.02] as it does a good job. XMpeg is a similar one that is similar. Both are available from www.divx-digest.com .
