MPx 300

While doing a bunch of digging on the MPx 220, lo and behold, I discovered the MPx 300! What the hell's going on?

I mean, I realize that I'm fairly new to all this crap, but didn't the 220 just come out (bugs and all)? From what I understand though, the 300 is absolutely amazing! Maybe I missed an earlier thread, but does anybody know the particuliars? Thanks much!

MPX and MPX300 are the same (at least according to all of the stuff I've seen online and on ebay). I saw somewhere that it was shipping in SE asia by the end of the year, and out in north america early early next year.

Oh, that looks sweet! Love how you can open it either way. Great looking keyboard, too. Any other major changes that you guys can see? As I said before, I'm a little new to all of this. Thanks again!

Here's a major change: It will likely cost several times more than the MPX220.

Think about it. The MPX form factor will have at least as much market appeal as the new Razor V3 (which is selling for $400 with a 2 year contract) AND it will have tons more functionality than the V3 (or the MPX220, for that matter).

Mark my words, matey....the MPX will cost you....dearly.

Thanks much! For years I was relegated to Nextel, but am no longer tied to them (whew!!), so this is all pretty new to me. All I want to do is pick up a really good PHONE that will allow me to toss my PDA into the Detroit River. Well actually, I'll put it on e-bay and let somebody else eventually toss it!
