I just cant seem to get it to work. Ive pressed everything, no matter what I do, I always end up hanging up on the other person. There seems to be either a bug or just a missing feature. I only got it to work once and that was by not pressing anything and just waiting for the other caller to hang up, it then switched over. ok, sounds good, but the problem is that sometimes itll take 2 full minutes for the phone to realize someone hung up. What a piece of crap phone..

I do, nothing happens. I even updated the firmware and that didn't fix it.

Was testing out features today and apparently mine works, sort of. The thing is when you switch your call over the first time, the display changes to reflect what call you are on. However, when you try to switch back to your first call, the display does NOT change.
Also, you can 3way call from this phone by calling one person, then going into the phonebook (or dialing the number) and hitting SEND. When the 2nd call connects, you can conference them by hitting SEND again. I'm not sure how you hang up on only one person, and I believe the display does NOT update appropriately in that case either.
So, it appears there is some sort of bug in the 8900 with regards to 3way and call waiting.
FYI, SW version: T095VEDM03_5.189, HW version: TX-95C_REV_02, and GIN Version: 2.0.2.6
