I just got my i730 swapped out for a Blackberry 7510, I am curious on how I can get my i730 contacts to my Blackberry. I have about 150 DC numbers and about 50 phone numbers. I have the iDen Phonebook manager which I copied my contacts from my i730 with. Blackberry support tells me i need to import a .csv file? I tried and it will take me days to sort it and make it all look the same, I know outlook uses a different standard that the regular contacts from an iDen. Does anyone know an easier way??

If there is a way to export from phonebook manager to a csv file, do that. Then, you can import into outlook from the csv file, and with some slight field mapping, you can have all your contacts in outlook without a problem. If you can't export from phonebook manager, you need to put your sim back in the i730, call cs and have them give you access to "address book" (they may charge you for this, but if you want to make your life easier just pay the $5 and be happy you can transfer contacts). Then, send the contacts from the i730 to the online address book. Log into nextel on your pc, and export files from address book into a csv file. Import that file into outlook and use field mapping like mentioned earlier (put dc numbers in Radio field in outlook). Hope this helps.

One last thing, is there a way to add multiple #'s to one name? Like John Doe's DC# and Mobile # under one contact name??

In outlook, you should certainly be able to do that without a problem, then just sync your device, or just edit the contact on the blackberry as well.
