V620 e-mail... please let me know your network & ISP settings...

I'm in the UK and use o2 Pay As You Go for GPRS WAP use. I have BT Openworld Broadband for my ISP on the PC.
Normally, I can use the o2 WAP homepage on my phone and go to "BT Yahoo!" link to check my e-mail but it always seems to be down or too slow lately so the e-mail function in messaging on the V620 looks like my answer.
However, I've tried to set it up to no avail.
Can someone please tell me the correct settings for what I need or the settings of anyone who uses this function whichever netwok\ISP they're on... that would give me an idea at least of where my settings are wrong.

Just tried that link but the settings are only for MPX200 and won't work on my phone
