Ok, I have P2kman downloaded and running. But now I have NO CLUE what to do. I look at these ‘seems’ and I don’t know what they do. Can anyone define them for me? Or help me out?

Here are my seems that came with P2kman
Seem
seem_1C9
seem_4A
seem_4C
seem_32
seem_50
seem_180
xp_Driver

Here are some other seems I have
01a8_0001.seem
0032_0001.seem

Here are some other files I have:
gain_table
SeemPlayer.rar
P2kseem.rar

So basically I have NO IDEA what I am doing. I just look at this stuff and I am puzzled.

Secondly, I want to back up my phone incase of an emergency. How do I do that?
