I even looked it up in the user manual

and this is from what i understand...if i delete an email from my handheld, the same email from that is on my outlook will get deleted as well?

if so how do i turn that off, i like always keeping copies of old emails...

or is this only applicable to the email on the BWC site

no basically its the pairing of email and syncing of email with both your computer and handheld

however, its great i get my mail from the BWC, however i want, deleting the emails to be separate from each other.

I hope you guys understand what i mean

Wireless Reconcile - when you delete an email on your BB, it will delete off the BWC ONLY-> and if you login to the BWC and delete from there, it will delete off the BB ONLY

Has nothing to do with Outlook unless you're on a BES.

There are 2 of 3 places you need to set it up - the third place you will not have access to but by default it's automatically setup
If you're on a device before 7290/7100

1)messages>click track wheel>options>click track wheel

Delete On : Mailbox and Handheld
Wireless Reconcile : On
Conflicts : Mailbox or Handheld (your choice)

If you're on a 7290/7100

messages>click track wheel>options>click track wheel>Reconciliation

Delete On : Mailbox and Handheld
Wireless Reconcile : On
Conflicts : Mailbox or Handheld (your choice)

2) Login to BWC>profile>"Wireless Delete options" (link is permanent deletion)
put a checkmark in the box and click on save

The third place it has to be setup to work, you will not have access to it. It's on the ADMIN site that only your carrier has access to.

If you set it up in both those places (On BB and BWC) and it's still not working call them and tell them to check the ADMIN site.

If you are only on BWC rather than BES... don't worry too much.

Once your emails are downloaded in Outlook from your BWC, it will never be deleted from your Outlook unless you are using BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server).
