7520 (or similar BB) Blocking display of stored phone numbers

Thinkin about getting a 7520 and was looking at the demo on the blackberry website.
When looking up entries from the phonebook and dialing from it, it appears to display the full number your dialing along with the Name and Type of number.
Is there a way to ONLY display the Name and Type? (ex Calling: David - Work, NOT: David- Work- 212-555-1212)
I sometimes store IVR (ie. automated phone entry for Bank or Airline, etc) login info with pauses in my phonebook for ease use when driving (dont have to enter all the account numbers/pins every time I call). But I'd hate to have those numbers fully displayed when on a call or even when browsing the phone book.
Ive been doing this with my nextel i88s for years. I like how it only displays the Name and the icon for the number type displaying the number as well to me is redundant. If you want to see the actual number you would go into edit mode of the indivdual contact. (perfect for me)
I tried to search but no results.
Thanks

I thought I replied to this last night, but it seems to not be there.
When you browse your phone book it only shows the name. No number and no work, home, etc. Again only the name or at least that is the setting that mine is on. I do not think there are settings to have it show one of the numbers. You may have been in the "phone" application which shows the recently called numbers or DC'd numbers. That will show the name and the number, etc. and will also show pauses if you have them entered.
However, when placing a call that has pauses and excessive numbers it does not show them. For my wife's number I have the number, two pauses and then her extension. When I am on a call with her it does not show all of that, only the 9 digit number. It will flash briefly on the screen that it is pausing and then that goes away. It does not briefly flash the extension number.
Hopefully that helps. Again I think you would only see the extra stuff in the recently called list which is the phone icon.

Yea, you replied on the BBF website - I posted here first but didnt get a response so I posted on bb forums.
Thanks for the more detailed response. I will be sure to try the above if/when I get a 7520 in my hands. I was basing my questions on the flash demo on blackberry.com

Whew I thought I was losing my mind.
I guess that is why some people pick one forum they like and stick to it.
