I've been tinkering with my Razr since the first day I got it thanks to howardforums here, so I figured I'd contribute a little back as to what I've done...

Here are 2 slightly different outer LCD images that look pretty good on the phone:

My first one, but I didn't like the way it looked to much:

And MP3 ringers:

And lets not forget backgrounds (the white part at the bottom of some of them is covered up by the menu bar, I put it there as a guide so I knew where to keep the visible parts of the image above):
