What happened to Verizon's page?

So Verizon updated their page today, and For some reason now I can't upload any ringers to my phone.... Does anyone have any advice to what I should do to fix it?? I'm really angry about this because I just started getting ringtones on my phone and they changed the website last night....
Let me know what anyone finds out about adding ringtones...

change the Mp3 file to .mid and e-mail it from your computer to your phone.
