i would like to know where to buy a fone in HK as i'm going next week.

Is there any cheap place that is reliable as I dont know the language.

i can't really answer you directly for specific stores, but in Hong Kong, cell phone places are EVERYWHERE...most spots i think have english speaking sales...but just look around for the best price you can get, cuz competition out there is crazy...and make sure you're able to bring it back here to use...=)
