Hi folks,
Im looking for the plastic view screen for a couple kyocera phones. Now the Verizon reps keep tellin me that Kyocera sells them but when i talk to them they say " no thats a part, not an accessory" and that it can only be sold as a part.
any idea where I can get thos dang little parts? they cant be worth all this trouble are they?

i would say your best bet is buyin a used one that maybe doesnt work anymore or has something else wrong with it off ebay and salvaging it for parts.....i have some parts but only for the slider...

i actually need them brand new... its along story and well i just want to know whos lying to me verizon? or Kyocera?

probably the verizon wireless rep. they have no idea about the phones they sell(for the most part) and could care less about helping you replace broken parts. the manufacturer probably has no reason to lie to you if they could just sell you the accessory and make some profit. go to your verizon store, call the kyocera rep and have the verizon wireless rep talk to the kyocera rep. or you could always have a letter sent to you from kyocera stating that the plastic screens are parts and not accessories which then would not let the verizon rep say it was an accessory. and if all else fails, break into the verizon store, take a few phones(pick me up some new sliders cause I could use new parts...), and you're good to go(hopefully not to jail).

which phone model? we are suppose to be getting slider screens in soon. it a part you have to be a repair center to get them but we found a vendor . Verizon , us cellular or no logo are the choices for the screen. Our store can sell you some if you want when we get them.
