hey does anyone know how to set up email on the fido network using the smt5600?

Currently I can surf using IE and log on to MSN. I still can't check my POP3 from Shaw

Settings

Under Email setup

Your name: My Name
Email address:XXXXX@shaw.ca
Automatic setup: grayed out
username:XXXXX (account login)
password:XXXXXXX (account password)
Domian: left blank
Server type: pop3
Account name: My Name
Network set to "Internet"
Incoming server:shawmail.ed.shawcable.net
Outgoing Server: gprs.fido.ca (I also tried internet.fido.ca)
I have unchecked that the outgoing server needs authentication

Thats it. It comes up with an error about the network but that "Internet" connection is the same one I use to surf (which works weather I am on the Rogers of Fido network)

"Internet" Settings (GPRS Connection settings)
Access point: internet.fido.ca
username:fido
Password:fido
Primary DNS: 0.0.0.0
Sec DNS: 0.0.0.0
IP address:blank

Any ideas?
