First off, sorry for posting this here, but i can't post in the Nokia Faq forum. I don't post here much so i have no clue why. Says i don't have authorization or something like that.

On to my problem, just got my new 6620 and so far i love it, but i keep calling people from my pocket. I don't have the directions on me, and i need to know how to lock the keys, like i used to on my older nokia.
If i remember correctly, it used to be, talk then star. menu star, or just holding one of the keys on my 6340i.

Thanks.

Thanks jmax,
I actually found out when i got my directions this afternoon. Too bad i had already inadvertantly called about 20 people by this time.

you can set up an autolock feature too. it sucks with series 60 because you only have the option of a security autolock so you have to put in a ×××× code everytime you want to unlock it, unlike series 40 which just has the basic autolock. i have a 6620 myself, and it is a wonderful machine i might add.

ya, the 6620 if awesome, i've had a few phones since my 6340i and i've trying to get back to that ever since i left.

Had a few motorolas and i might add that the v400 is the biggest POS on the market, the nokia 6620 is everything i was looking.
The huge screen is perfect.

How do you autolock the keys? How exactly does it work when i find it? A timed lock would be perfect, so i don't have to worry about locking it after i make a call.

go to your security settings, go to sown to autolock period, set the time (the minimal i have found is 1 min), and you're done.

But is it going to ask me a security code each time i want to unlock it?

12345 is the default.
