Problems with my N-gage QD

Over the past week or so, my ngage qd has been having a lot of problems. When I receive a text message the sound and vibrate work, but the phone will continue to vibrate. I have to turn the phone off to get it to stop. Also when I call someone, as soon as they answer, the phone starts making a loud continous beep and the other person can not hear me. Got any ideas?

Sounds like a hardware issue to me. Get it checked from a nokia centre.
