Problems with T-Zones

This is something that I ran into last night with a customer.
He was able to access T-Zones, the main page would load but when he tried to download any ringtones it would start to download and would continue to show that until is said "Web: Session time out"
One part I should point out is that his connection was named "MMS." So instead of getting what most symbian phones read as "Connecting via T-Zones" his said "Connecting via MMS".
I called level 1 data and the tech said he could fix it. He just needed to re-send the settings to the phone. I informed the rep that his phone read "Connecting via MMS" instead of T-Zones. He asked me to read him the address and told me that the address I gave him was the picture messaging address. So he resent the settings to the phone through the OTA service and I saved them to the phone.
When we tried to open T-Zones this time it never opened. It said something about not available or something. I can't remember, this all happened yesterday and I just don't have much free time until early in the morning. Anyway, it didn't work. The tech tried another OTA service to resend the settings and I saved those. But it still didn't do any good. We were completely unable to access T-Zones.
We then went into Menu > Tools > Settings > Connection > Access Points. There was 'MMS', 't-zones', and one about the N-Gage arena. There were locks next to all the access points. I don't have any locks on my 6600. So I thought that was odd. But what was worse, we couldn't figure out how to change the default access point from MMS to t-zones. The tech on the phone said that he ran outta stuff to read outta his play book. So we were stuck.
He tried to send me to level 2 tech support but they were busy and he left contact info for my customer so they could call him and fix the problem. I'm not sure if they have fixed the problem or if they've even called him yet. I would like an answer so if that happens again, I can fix it. I also thought our HoFo gurus would like to flex some knowledge and help solve this riddle.
Thanks guys.

Extras | Apps | Options | Settings | Default access point
That will change the default access point that the N-Gage tries to use to access the Internet.
