Is it possible to do a master reset on a Kyocera Blade to set EVERYTHING on the phone back to factory defaults, either on the handset or with the datacable and KWPST?

Yeah yeah yeah.... I was thinking about that when I posted the message, but just because I'm an expert, doesn't mean I know everything... But enough to call myself one.

I doubt even the engineers know everything there is to know, and besides, I've never had to do a master reset till now, and can't find any info on it anywhere. I wanna wipe the phone clean, as if it has never been used.

why do you want to wipe the phone? Just curious.and also what is KWPST

Need to wipe the phone to sell it off to a stranger.
I want to erase ALL numbers off of it.
Can't seem to erase the "Recent List" in the text messaging "Send To" menu.
Had to erase other things off of it manually, and it was very time consuming.
Want to know if there's a simple and easy way that I can restore it to factory defaults, like my old Sanyo I sold.

KWPST is the Kyocera Wireless Phone Support Tool, and is software that interfaces with the phone using a data cable, to control advanced settings/parameters used by the phone carriers to program the phones.

I know this is old, but I just figured it out in case anyone (like me) wants to know in the future.

Go to settings->security->(pin is the last four of your phone #, at least mine was)then there is a phone reset, clear contacts and clear recent calls in there.
