Like what kinda settings? You want you pallettes done? Get RSS Carrier, read your phone post the plug (in the right forum) and ask. Want to unlock it? Post your plug n ask, etc.

look in the forums for carrier. thats how you download your codeplug. ALWAYS make a backup first. Also you cant make the keyboard flash on an i730. You DO need a program to modify your codeplug. goto nextelmodz.com. and read. ok?
