T39 Dismantling

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

My phone is increasingly reporting a "no network" error - I suspect that I have a dry joint in the antenna path of my T39m or possibly a weak amp chip or something - however before I can diagnose the fault and then order spare parts for my phone - I need to open the case.

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to open this little bugger up and look at the board.

Q. Is there an instruction sheet or something or can some kind person explain or show me the correct dismantling procedure?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers and Merry Christmas!

Download the following instruction in zip file

OR read the thread

I've use a credit card instead of the special tools - quite easy.

I've opened my T39 many times - NO ONE SCRATCHes

At the service center - they do the same way.

May be you need your nails cut before touching all your things.
