Does anyone no how to use your MP3's or Cd's and convert them to wav files and download them to Nextel phones that use wav file formats. How do you chop the song to 30-40 seconds. I have Webjal and what else do I need to perform this task. Thanks

Use the "media center" that came with your Windows to cut out the sample of the song you want. Once you have that, use dBPowerAmp or another converter to make the file into WAV format again.

Go to Google.com. search for DB poweramp, and download the program. Try thr search button and do a little searching, all the info is already posted. Look for the sticky thread that says "Learn how to make wavs here"

What program do I use to cut the song down. Someone told me to use anvil studios- is that program any good. Another ? is I'm begining to understand that any file MP3 or WMA files have to be changed to wave but is that all that is needed to download file onto webjal or do I have convert the wav file to something else. I hope I'm not making this harder than what it is, all I want is to understand how this is done so if someone asks me I'll no what to tell them. How about a step by step instructions for DUMMIES. Thanks

Use the sound recorder program that comes with windows to cut the song and then DB Poweramp to convert it.
