Marketplace is a consumer affairs program that airs on CBC and Newsworld (http://www.cbc.ca/consumers/market/). I receive their email newsletter. They recently asked:

We want to hear about things such as your reception, the complaint process and how satisfied you are about how the provider resolved any problems. I wrote to Ms Kampf and asked if I could post their request. She wrote back saying she was already consulting HoFo and accepted I post this thread.
