8900 Recent Calls List messed up

Hey all

I just noticed on my audiovox 8900, that the recent calls list is all garbled up. for example the list of "All" is completely empty, and when I dial to a person and hang up.. looking at the "Dialed" list afterwards shows 1-20 filled with that person's contact. This also occurs with received calls however, missed calls usually is fine. What is also strange is some entries are blank, ie there's a name, a blank space, and a name again. If anyone has experienced this same problem and knows as to how to solve this please do let me know..

Cheers!

Have you tried to do a master reset (##1133[END])?

Do what VaderFan said, It should fix your problem. If not, your phone may be screwed up.

That's exactly what it's supposed to do.

Does it work now?

heh i realized after i turned my phone off and on again. Nope that didn't solve the problem. Still the same thing.. so I guess i'm going to have to try my luck with Telus.. Thanks for the suggestion tho!

I'm sorry it didn't work.

You need to hard reset it but I don't know how to do it, I've been looking for that information but guess noone is willing to share it. Or you can just upload a newer firmware with the Curitel PST if you can get the firmware file.
